Turns out Taylor Swift is No. 1 in Sam Querrey's heart. And knocking on the penthouse door? Selena Gomez, T-Swift's on-again, off-again crony in romantic crime. Yes, indeed—just as it was billed recently—Querrey stars in the latest episode of Millionaire Matchmaker, which airs on March 8 (Bravo, 10 p.m. EST). The program is hosted by Patti Stanger, a legacy fix-'em-up queen: Like her mother and grandmother before her, the 53-year-old seeks out successful loves for others. And by others, I chiefly mean "celebrities." (Of course there are varying, seemingly elastic definitions of celebrity in our Kartrashian culture.) Here's a video preview of the episode that has the 6'6" Querrey front and center:

Therein, Stanger comes on a tennis court and tells Sam, "You've got a nice topspin." His return? "Thanks, no one's ever told me that." Oh, boy, Querrey fans. Buckle up.

The Californian's last relationship was three years long—a serious undertaking, to be sure—and ended two years prior to this episode's shoot. (It was also splashed all over Instagram, for those who are so inclined.) "Sam is a really sweet, small-town boy with good family values," says Stanger. "He doesn't really represent the 'doggie' sports stars that are out there."

"I don't think Sam likes the party girl," the host says elsewhere of her 27-year-old acolyte, also in a direct-address interview to the camera. "He's ready to settle down with the right girl." She also quickly shoots down his world No. 1, Ms. Swift: "So vanilla ice cream."

The episode reportedly took five days to shoot. "It’s not nerve-wracking having Patti set me up on dates, I’m nervous to actually watch it on Sunday,” Querrey told ATPWorldTour.com. "I’m more nervous to actually watch it on Sunday than actually playing a match."

For those who prefer their TV online, the full episode featuring Querrey will likely be available as soon as Matchmaker's subsequent episode airs on March 15. Stay tuned to Bravo's website, Hulu and more providers to view it.

By the by, one resurgent WTA Tour star, Victoria Azarenka, wasn't going to let Querrey get away with the appearance without a little good-natured ribbing on social media:
