Caroline Wozniacki is working with Arantxa Sanchez Vicario to prepare for the clay-court season, said her father and coach Piotr Wozniacki.

"[Sanchez Vicario] will be with us for the tournaments in Rome and Madrid, and in between she will also train with us in Monte Carlo," Piotr Wozniacki told Danish station TV2 Sport. "We will keep working together till the French Open, the tournament which completes the season on clay. We will then decide, based on what happens, whether to keep going or not."

Wozniacki has been training with Sanchez Vicario, a former No. 1 and two-time French Open champion, since Miami.

The world No. 5 has worked with several coaches in recent years, including Thomas Hogstedt and former player Thomas Johansson, but has repeatedly returned to her father, saying he best understands her and her game. She has not had any deep runs at the biggest tournaments this season, falling before the quarterfinals in both Indian Wells and Miami, and the second round of the Australian Open.
