Agnieszka Radwanska, who has dropped to No. 14 in the world ranking, is happy to be playing on grass. The Pole admitted at the French Open that she doesn't prefer clay, and now thinks that she can finally rediscover her best form. Radwanska reached the 2012 Wimbledon final and is the top seed this week at the Aegon Open Nottingham.

“It's definitely not been a great year for me so far," Radwanska told the Nottingham Post. “I'm just very happy that it's grass season right now and the clay is over. The only thing is I don't have to really defend a lot of points next year, so that's the only good thing.”

The 26-year-old was in the Top 10 from 2011 until she lost in the first round at the French Open this year.

“It's not easy to stay there, you have a lot of players pushing you—young ones and older ones as well, playing great tennis,” she said.
