Tommy Haas is set to begin his comeback next week in Stuttgart.
The 37-year-old, who has not played since retiring from his opening match at the 2014 French Open, has delayed his start repeatedly but took part in a press conference for the grass-court ATP 250 tournament. Haas said he is expecting to play what is considered his hometown event.
Now unranked, Haas did not say what his schedule for the season will be. The former world No. 2 will require a wildcard to enter ATP events.
