“We have a long-term vision for our Foundation to support the disadvantaged children to reach their potential,” Djokovic said on the Novak Djokovic Foundation website. “Real change happens when people and organizations work together. That is why we are proud to support Centro Mater, an organization that shares our passion to help children through early childhood education.”

Novak and his wife Jelena started the Novak Djokovic Foundation in 2007 with the intention of helping disadvantaged children in Serbia and globally. The Foundation is aided by a partnership with the World Bank. Djokovic is also a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador
