We have an early shot-of-the-year contender, and it’s going to be tough to top this one even though we’re only in February.

Considering it happened at a Challenger tournament in Bergamo, Italy, you likely missed it—or never would have seen it.

Good thing we’re here. We’d hate to deprive you of such beauty.

Leading 1-0 and 30-love in his Round of 32 match against Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Aldin Setkic, seventh-seeded Dustin Brown hit a ridiculous behind-the-back winner.

How’s that for reflexes and instincts? Awfully impressive.

The athletic German took the first set with ease, but dropped the next two for a disappointing defeat.

The world No. 100 has been playing solid tennis of late. He beat Steve Darcis, Gilles Simon and Ruben Bemelmans last week in Montpellier, and took Richard Gasquet to a third set in a semifinal loss.

Is this the shot of the year so far, and will we see a better one this season? Let us know in the comments section below.
