Hopefully Andy Murray is smoother with a racquet than he is with a flag when the Olympic tennis competition gets underway in Rio de Janeiro later this week.

The two-time Wimbledon champion will serve as Great Britain’s flag bearer at the Games, and he got a small taste of what that will be like on Thursday. During a photo shoot in Brazil, the 29-year-old fumbled with the flag, first blocking Princess Anne with it and then awkwardly not knowing where to hold it.

Everyone got a good laugh out of it, and Murray has a bit of time to work out the kinks before the opening ceremony commences on Friday evening.

Murray became a national hero in 2012 when he took home the gold medal in singles at the Summer Olympics in London. And in between winning his first Wimbledon title in 2013—ending the Curse of Fred Perry—and his second last month, he led Great Britain to its first Davis Cup title since 1936 in 2015.

In the first round in Rio, Murray will face 35th-ranked Serbian Viktor Troicki. The second-ranked Scot could face fourth-seeded Kei Nishikori in the semifinals, while top-seeded Novak Djokovic and 14-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal could square off in the other semifinal.

Play will kick off on Saturday.
