Caroline Wozniacki has stopped working with David Kotyza.

Wozniacki added the Czech coach to her team at the beginning of the clay-court season, just before an ankle injury kept her off the tour until the tournament in Eastbourne. She has won back-to-back matches only once since her return.

Kotyza, the longtime coach of Petra Kvitova, stopped working with the two-time Grand Slam champion after the Australian Open.

Wozniacki confirmed the decision on Twitter, denying that there were differences within the team.

The 26-year-old has worked with several coaches during her career, including Arantxa Sanchez Vicario, Thomas Johansson and Sven Groenefeld. But she has returned to her father, Piotr, each time.

Wozniacki, a former world No. 1, came into the U.S. Open ranked No 74. She beat American Taylor Townsend, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, in her first-match in New York.
