Bethanie Mattek-Sands is back training again following her attention-grabbing injury on court at Wimbledon, despite still wearing a full leg brace.

The 32-year-old American dislocated her kneecap and had surgery to repair a torn patella tendon three weeks ago. She recently posted videos of her training efforts on social media, which includes lifting weights.

Mattek-Sands fell during her second round match, with players and news media rushing courtside as she began screaming in pain and had to be taken off court in a stretcher.

Ranked No. 1 in doubles and No. 93 in singles, she has not yet announced a date for a return to tour.
