The ATP tournament in Chennai, Indian lacking a title sponsor, has reached an agreement to move to Pune, according to officials.

The tournament will be called the Maharashtra Open.

The ATP board must approve any planned change of location.

WTA tennis will be returning to India with a $125,000 event in Mumbai, to be played in the period following the WTA Finals.
