Juan Martin del Potro has the Sunshine Double well within his sights at the Miami Open. Standing in his way on Friday will be an in-form John Isner. The world No. 17 demolished Hyeon Chung on Wednesday to reach his 11th career ATP Masters 1000 semifinal.

A non-Big 4 champion is guaranteed at the Miami Open for the first time since 2010. Del Potro is seeking his second ATP Masters 1000 crown after Indian Wells, and his third title in a row. He'll be feeling the fatigue, while Isner is looking hungrier than ever.

Del Potro holds the career head-to-head edge over Isner 6-3, but the world No. 6 had to survive a third-set tiebreaker over Milos Raonic, with just one day to recover. Regardless of what happens next, Isner will move back inside the Top 10 and return to his role as the No. 1-ranked American man.
