DOHA—After spending last week in Sofia, Elina Svitolina is gearing up for what will hopefully be a great week in Doha. Why Sofia? The 23-year-old was supporting her boyfriend Gael Monfils as he made his way to the semifinals of the ATP 250.

Since the Australian Open—where she reached the quarterfinals—the Ukrainian's off-court life has been front and center. She and Monfils debuted a joint Instagram account, went on vacation together, spent time in Paris and journeyed to Sofia. The tennis power couple are using their public relationship for good already by raising money for charities in Ukraine.

Without Monfils' support this week—as he's in Rotterdam—a solo Svitolina will look to make her way through the Premier draw as the No. 4 seed.
