Roger Federer is back in the Big Apple, continuing an intriguing world tour in partnership with Uniqlo and unveiling a brand-new fashion collab with JW Anderson.

The 20-time Grand Slam champion is living it up in retirement as part of his “Around the World with Roger Federer” series, which began in Tokyo earlier this year. In New York ahead of the US Open, Federer made the most of his visit with a colorful event at MoMA PS1 in Queens to debut the JW Anderson x Uniqlo collab.

“It was so nice to interact with all who came, especially with some inspiring kids on a tennis court that was beautifully designed by @kaws,” captioned Federer, shouting out the renowned artist and designer.

Federer is fresh off a farewell ceremony that took place at Wimbledon, and has remained a big part of the tennis world despite officially hanging up his racquets at the 2022 Laver Cup—teaming up with HRH Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, to meet the All England Club’s ball kids before the Championships began.

Federer’s “Around the World…” series shows the former world No. 1 in a similarly fun light as he packs in the sights and sounds of a busy 24 hours in New York City.

“Meeting good people who do their work from a place of passion, who share a love of tennis too,” narrates the Swiss in the trailer. “I love New York; there’s no place like it!”
