Elena Rybakina stormed to her second Porsche Tennis Grand Prix title, defeating Karolina Muchova, 7-5, 6-1 on Sunday.

The top seed has now taken home two Porsches in three years, weathering a first-set fightback from Muchova to ultimately cruise to victory over the No. 7 seed in one hour and 18 minutes on Center Court.

Rybakina is also poised to return to No. 1 in the Race to the WTA Finals standings, having first taken the top spot following her win at the 2026 Australian Open.

The 26-year-old has enjoyed consistent results since kicking off the season with her second major title, but had yet to win a second trophy following her win over Aryna Sabalenka in Melbourne, finishing runner-up to the world No. 1 at the BNP Paribas Open and losing in the semifinals of the Miami Open.

Elena Rybakina drives off with second Porsche title | Stuttgart Highlights

With Sabalenka sitting out the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix due to injury, Rybakina aimed to kick off her clay-court season on a high note and accomplished that mission with the loss of just one set in four matches. After navigating a third-set tiebreaker against Leylah Fernandez in the quarterfinals, she made relatively quick work of No. 6 seed Mirra Andreeva—who stunned No. 3 seed Iga Swiatek in the previous round—and took a quick 5-2 lead in her first set against Muchova.

Muchova is enjoying a breakout season of her own, having captured her first WTA 1000 title at the Qatar TotalEnergies Open. In Stuttgart, she snapped losing streaks against both Coco Gauff and Elina Svitolina to reach the final, and as the last woman to defeat Rybakina before she went on to win the Australian Open, the talented Czech star did her best to make a match of Sunday’s final.

From a break down in the opening set, she leveled the contest at five games apiece and saved two set points as she aimed to force a tiebreaker. But Rybakina would not be denied, converting a third set point to put herself six games from the Porsche.

Rybakina carried her momentum into the second set by taking a nigh insurmountable 5-0 lead. Though Muchova avoided the bagel by getting on the board for 5-1, Rybakina calmly served the match out to love.

Rybakina has now won 13 WTA titles and improved to 13-12 in finals, having won six of her last seven dating back to her first Stuttgart victory in April 2024. She famously won Stuttgart without a driver’s license, but the Kazakh is now cleared to drive into the sunset with her second Porsche.
